Gratitude is My Attitude

Today, I find myself being thankful. I'm so thankful for my family & friends, for my job, for my houses, for my car, for my church & pastor..but more than anything I am thankful to God for loving me inspite of myself.

I thank you God for loving me when I couldn't even love myself. I thank you God for loving me enough not to give up on me. I know I'm not here because I earned it or because I have some right. I know I am here because I have work to do for you.

I pray for the people who don't know you Lord, for the ones who feel they can't come back to you that they have done to much, I pray that they gain a word from someone that can encourage them.

I pray for the troops father fighting in Iraq. I pray for our government & the President because I know we must cover this great nation with prayer and the leaders.

I pray for the children father who don't have a family, who won't get anything for Christmas, who don't have a warm bed, I pray for them Lord & their parents. Lord you know our struggles but I also know you have equipped us for the work ahead.

Lord let my life be a light and may I be a fisherman among men & win souls to Christ. Not because I'm so holy but because I'm so real that I can relate to the struggles.

Father I thank you & I praise you. I give you all the honor & the glory. You are such an AWESOME GOD!!
