Repentance

Repentance is described in the Hebrew bible as (shuv) to return and (nicham) to feel sorrow.

Have you ever done something that you were really sorry for?
Have you done something that you want God to forgive you for?
Have you done something you don'r want anyone to ever know?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions it's safe to say you may want to repent and ask Gods forgiveness of your sin. But remember repentance means you are going to turn from that sin because your heart was hurt because you displeased God.

Let's go to the word first: If we look at the life of David in Numbers 32 verse 23
But if you fail to do this, you will be sinning against the LORD; and you may be sure that your sin will find you out.

No matter how much we try to hide it the person who knows we did it sits high & looks low.

Let us Pray:
Dear heavenly Father,

How excellent is your name. You are worthy of all the honor & the praise. I lay my sin before you and sincerely ask for your forgiveness.

Lord, I repent of my sins and have been delivered from the sin of death. I take hold to your word and commit to your way.Father there is no one like you and I am so thankful you love me.

In Jesus Mighty name Amen!
